Bee's Gluten Free Italian Beef Recipe

Looking for a hearty meal to make for dinner one of these chilly winter nights? Well, I've got just the recipe for you - get your crockpot ready for Bee's Italian Beef!
2.5 lb. rump roast
1 tablespoon dried oregano
3 bay leaves
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons sea salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Salt
2 cups chopped red pepper
6.75 fl. oz. (half container) Organic Imagine Savory Beef Gravy (pour half in crockpot, use other half w/ juices for gravy)
1.25 cups water
slice rump roast into 4-5 big chunks
place rump roast in crockpot + add all seasonings
add Organic Imagine Savory Beef Gravy + water
cook on high for 4 hours
after 4 hours, take out beef & shred in a large bowl
add chopped red pepper
add salt to taste, if needed
once everything is combined + shredded, mix back into crockpot with juices
cook everything on low for an additional 3 hours
enjoy & serve straight from the crockpot!
To make gravy with the Italian Beef juices, cook in a saucepan on medium-low, add sorghum or cassava flour to thicken & create a roux. Prepare the gravy 5-10 minutes before serving dinner.
