It's my favorite time of year - soup season! This is a new soup I created with my farmers market bounty & the abundance of tomatoes from my garden. Nothing beats local produce, especially if you grow it yourself! By supporting sustainable local farmers, you're supporting your local ecosystem, economy, the environment, not to mention you're getting tastier, more nutritional produce to boot! Try out my Tomato Shishito Soup for yourself, crafted with vegetables from Simple Things Farms & my own backyard!
