Valentine's Special | Sensual Essential Oils
Wanted to share some of my favorite essential oils that are known to increase sexual desire & aid in that libido boost! Whether you're setting up a romantic evening with a bottle of wine + Sex for One (a fantastic book), or getting steamy with your partner(s), you're going to want to familiarize yourself with these oils.*

Cassia - A spicy scent, similar to Cinnamon, Cassia leaves you feeling fiery + passionate. Inhale or apply diluted to the bottoms of your feet.
Geranium - Known as the "Poor Man's Rose," Geranium is booming with a sweet romantic scent that bursts into your nostrils! I use it practically every day! Apply diluted to low abdomen - doTERRA even recommends taking Geranium internally* by applying a drop under your tongue to stimulate your sexual senses.
Neroli - Known to help with erectile dysfunction, estrogen imbalance + increase sexual desire. Apply diluted to low abdomen or inhale.
Cinnamon - Who doesn't love the smell of Cinnamon? This is one of my favorite oils to cook with as well, if you're into erotic cooking! Dilute with a carrier oil + give yourself or partner a sexy message. Remember to avoid your naughty bits + any sensitive areas!
Patchouli - A great aphrodisiac for men! Plus, it can even help ease the symptoms of herpes. Apply to pulse points or the bottoms of your feet.
Ylang Ylang - One of my all time favorite oils + flowers, I adore Ylang Ylang + its aroma. This aphrodisiac is used by rolling on pulse points or your low stomach - doTERRA even recommends taking Ylang Ylang internally by applying a drop under your tongue or taking it in a capsule.
Jasmine - A great aphrodisiac for women! Apply diluted to the back of your neck or womb space (low abdomen).

Whisper - An empowering blend for women that aids with libido + sex drive. Apply to pulse points or womb space (low abdomen).
Passion - Bring more passion into your life with this essential oil that is known to help with sexual performance. Inhale or apply to the bottoms of your feet.
And, remember you may need to dilute your essential oils with a carrier oil before applying to your skin. For example, applying spicier oils like clove or cinnamon without a carrier oil, irritates my skin immediately. Some of my favorite carrier oils are Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Hemp Oil, Rose Hip Oil, Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, Evening Primrose Oil + Avocado Oil.

**Know your body + allergies. Always check with your doctor before consuming anything internally. Just because these essential oils are tested thoroughly + safe to take, does not mean that they're safe for you, your specific needs + anatomy. Be safe + informed, always!
