Gluten Free Turkey Meatloaf

Missing your mom's homemade meatloaf? Boy, do I got a recipe for you! And, it just so happens to be both gluten & dairy-free. Check it out below & bake up a loaf yourself on one of these chilly winter evenings.

The Process

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • in a large bowl, mix together turkey meatloaf, breadcrumbs, & oat milk

  • mix in salt, pepper, & garlic powder to taste

  • lightly grease baking pan with olive oil then spread turkey mixture into pan

  • cover turkey meatloaf with aluminum foil before placing in oven - this will help retain moisture

  • once oven is preheated, bake turkey meatloaf for 30 minutes

  • take turkey meatloaf out of the oven to carefully drain the juices

  • return aluminum foil cover & bake for an additional 30 minutes

  • cool, cut, & serve

Feeds 3-4 folks. Prep Time 15-20 minutes. Bake Time: 1 hour.

Pro Tips

  • try baking chopped mushrooms & onions into the turkey meatloaf - tastes amazing!

  • make a mushroom gravy to top it off, or simply use ketchup

  • once the meatloaf has baked for 50 minutes, take it out & spread some ketchup on top then return to the oven for 10 minutes - my mom always used to do this & I loved it!

Try it out yourself, & be sure to comment with any suggestions!
