How to Double Boil Chocolate

Setup your double-boil by filling up a soup pan about a quarter way with water. Next you will -

  • bring that water to a boil

  • once boiled, lower heat to medium & keep at a simmer

  • place a bowl (make sure it won't melt/is compatible) over soup pan, so it fits inside - allow for about 2" between water & bottom of bowl

  • place chocolate in bowl & stir

  • once chocolate is completely melted, you're all set! Use it for hot chocolate, White Christmas Balls, chocolate covered strawberries, whatever!
