Chocolate Chunk Pecan Cookies

Here's a super easy, delicious, gluten free cookie recipe for you & yours!


Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups gluten free flour*

  • 1.25 cups organic coconut sugar

  • 2 tsp Himalayan sea salt

  • .75 tsp baking powder

  • .5 cup (1 stick) melted butter

  • .5 cup chocolate chips

  • .25 cup pecan pieces

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 egg


The Process

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • mix together dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon (wait to add chocolate chips + pecans)

  • mix together wet ingredients (butter, vanilla, egg) in separate bowl

  • one fully blended, mix together both wet + dry ingredients

  • once wet + dry ingredients are fully blended together, add chocolate chips + pecan pieces

  • roll cookie dough into small balls + place on greased cookie sheet - slightly flatten each cookie dough ball for optimal cookie shape + texture!

  • bake for 10 -12 minutes

  • cool once cooked then enjoy when ready!
