2021 Health Reset: Quick Shred 10 Guide

These next couple of weeks I will be following Dr. Mitra Ray's Shred10 guide with my amazing Abundance Project community, so all of my recipes/posts will follow those same guidelines. Yay! I'm beyond excited to eat super clean & share this experience with my stellar sisters!

So, what exactly is Shred 10? In a nutshell, it's a 10 Day Holistic Health Reset started by the amazing Dr. Mitra Ray + her JuicePlus+ experience. This 10 day plan is just enough time to start seeing results & get your body used to these new healthier eating habits. With that, let's get into the details of what we will be adding to/eliminating from our diets:






Processed Foods

Artificial + Refined Sugars

No Eating After 6PM - 6PM is way to early for me, so I use the guideline of 8PM


More Real Food (Fruit/Veg)

JuicePlus+ Trio Capsule Daily

2 Complete Shakes Daily

7-8 hours of SLEEP

EXERCISE on most days

Drink at least 1 gallon of WATER a day

WHY am I participating in Shred 10? Due to food quality decrease & increase of toxicity in on our planet, we are seriously lacking all of the nutrients we truly need to live a full, healthy, abundant life. Eliminating the processed foods & implementing more plants & their medicine allows our bodies, minds, & spirits to run much more efficiently. Just think of how you feel after consuming gluten-free avocado toast vs. a sugary milkshake. You were not brought to this planet to live day-to-day feeling fatigued & unwell. Be the best version of you!

turmeric + black pepper

green tea (caffeine free)

berries: raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, blackberry

bone broth
